For the first time in the UK, legendary synthwave producer Jordan F, all the way from Sydney, Australia, will grace us with his retro flair and 80’s inspired electronic music with a modern fidelity. The much beloved synth siren Dana Jean Phoenix from Toronto, Canada features for the third time in London in so many years with an energetic live set that is sure to blow the roof off. Highway Superstar, Rosso Corsa Collective synth legend from Tel Aviv and who played a scintillating DJ set on the Outland Sunset Neon Cruise in 2019, adds to the international line-up with a full live set featuring sweet vocals from Sharon C. Outland Recordings roster artist New Arcades, fresh off the back of their hugely successful debut album release, perform the hits and brand new tunes as a three-piece. Also from the UK, Duett with vocals from Stewart Lockwood, perform for the first time at an Outland event bringing their brand of emotional synth orientated soundscapes with a 1980’s palette of glamorous crystalline sounds. And finally, potentially the greatest new star of the synthwave scene L’Avenue, performs a special live set following the release of the hugely successful EP Cherry Crush.
Starting early on Saturday 6 June from 5PM and all through the night, let the soothing and lush cinematic soundscapes of synthwave transport you across the barriers of time and space. To compliment your adventure, we’ll be putting on amazing retro visuals for each artist, compliments of Will C from Flix1202. If you need to catch a breath and a bite to eat halfway through the experience, then look no further than upstairs at Gigi’s Bar Hoxton with a menu any wary cosmic traveller will find delectably sustaining.
