Gigi’s food menus have been created by our Head Chef Antonio Mollo, whose Italian heritage and passion for exuberant, high quality ingredients are reflected in our fresh, colourful and cosmopolitan dishes.

We work with the best possible suppliers for our meat, fish and vegetables, using local producers and seasonal ingredients as well as drawing from the finest fresh produce from Italy
